City Attorney's Mediation Program
The Alameda City Attorney's Office began providing mediation services to the public in 2022. The mediations give local landlords and tenants a neutral space to resolve certain conflicts, with the guidance of the office. All mediation services are free and confidential.
Program Facilitators
- Rico Fenix - Housing Specialist & Paralegal
- Adam Radinsky - Special Counsel
Starting the Process
File a Housing Complaint Online or call the City Attorney's Office at (510) 747-4775. You can also email us at rfenix@alamedacityattorney.org
What we Do Not Do
We can't give legal advice, or force anyone to participate who doesn't want to. The kinds of cases we mediate are also limited. It's always best to try to resolve your dispute before coming to us. Many issues can be resolved through open communication.
