Join us for the 6th annual Alameda Fair Housing Workshop! It will be full of helpful information on local housing issues, including: 

• Immigration & tenants' rights
• Use of AI in tenant selection
• Legal resources for low-income tenants
• Hot topics in Fair Housing
• RUBS (Ratio Utility Billing Systems)
• Q & A Info Session

Speakers include:

• Leah Simon-Weisberg (Executive Director, California Center of Movement Legal Services)
• Gary Rhoades (Fair Housing attorney)
• Marc Janowits (East Bay Community Law Center)
