The online Alameda Rent Registry is now open

The online Rent Registry allows owners and property managers to submit rental property information to meet requirements set forth in the Alameda Municipal Code, section 6-58.55.

A "Registration Welcome Packet" has been mailed to all property owners and contains unique account information for recipients to register the properties they own.

User guides, video tutorials, FAQs and computer lab clinics are available to assist owners and property managers with the online registration requirements.
