Rent Program staff can address most issues by phone or email. Staff may not be available for immediate service for walk-ins. Call to schedule an appointment.

Please note: City Hall West is not open to the general public on Fridays. Call to make arrangements with Rent Program staff.

The Rent Program does not provide legal advice. Each landlord and tenant is responsible for seeking the advice of legal counsel on any matters or documents related to the specific circumstances.
