Comment Period Extended on Rent Program's Reimbursement Policy

The Rent Program is accepting feedback on proposed changes to a longstanding policy addressing the steps landlords must take to demonstrate compliance with the City's Rent Ordinance after collecting rent in excess of what is allowed.

The Rent Program held community workshops on the policy and proposed changes on December 10 and 18, 2024. Community members are now welcome to submit written comments through Friday, February 14, 2025.
