Rent Program Offices Closed to the Public Effective Monday, March 16,

To help curb transmission of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), effective Monday, March 16, 2020, the Rent Program office at the Housing Authority of the City of Alameda (AHA) will suspend public access until the Shelter In Place order is lifted or further notice. Customer service remains a top priority and we have several alternate means for you to continue doing business with us:

  • Staff will continue to answer phones and email from 8:30am-4pm Monday through Thursday. You can find contact information on your documents and on our website www.alamedarentprogram.org.

  • Staff can provide forms via fax, mail or email. Common forms will also be available outside the front door from 8:30am-4pm Monday-Thursday.

  • All workshops, trainings and clinics are cancelled until further notice. Please contact our team at 510-747-4346 for all other inquiries. You may also email rentprogram@alamedahsg.org with any questions.
