Sessions Offer Overview of Alameda's Rental Regulations

The Alameda Rent Program will offer informational workshops twice a month, providing a detailed overview of the City of Alameda’s current rental regulations. While COVID-19 emergency orders remain in effect, all workshops will be held remotely via Zoom.

Workshops will be held on Thursdays starting April 15, 2021, with one monthly afternoon session and one monthly evening session. For a complete list of scheduled sessions and registration links, visit the program website.

Workshops are intended for both landlords and tenants. Each session will last approximately two hours and will feature a presentation by Rent Program staff, followed by an opportunity to ask questions. Topics covered will include:
