Alameda Family Services - Family Support Center
Supports individuals and families by connecting them with resources in the community and bringing resources to a central location for the community to access.

Information, resources, shelter locations, and available housing applications for anyone currently homeless or at risk of becoming homeless.

Serves family violence victims and their children through Alameda County. This service will work on a sliding scale and will not turn people away because of a lack of funds.

Provides a variety of programs and services in the areas of health, education, and recreation to meet the needs of adults age 50 and older.

Provides a continuum of service from comprehensive street outreach and shelter to permanent supportive housing for individuals experiencing homelessness with a special focus on veterans.
